Our packages are shipped to you wrapped in a generic mailing bag. Pure Flower Health & Wellness reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion for security reasons. This is to prevent fraud and underage orders. We are very serious about preventing illicit orders.
We can not guarantee arrival dates or times. While we try our best to prevent any delays, orders may be held up due to unforeseen circumstances. We ship all products from British Columbia to anywhere in Canada. Shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 in B.C. and Alberta, and $12.99 to Manitoba and Saskatchewan, and $14.99 to the remaining Canadian Provinces, using Xpresspost. Free shipping is offered on orders over $175.
Please note that the shipping time does not include the processing time for packaging up and creating orders. Once your order is placed, our shipping team works hard to get that order packaged and sent to you. Orders are generally shipped out within 12-48 hours of being placed. In rare cases of holidays or special sales, processing times can be between 3-5 days. Orders are not shipped on weekends and are not packaged on Canadian holidays and other instances in which the postal services are closed. Shipping times do not guarantee package arrival date as some rural areas may take longer to reach.

Delivery + Fulfillment
All orders received by 12pm PST will ship the next business day. If your order is received after 12pm PST, your order will ship the following business day. Orders received on Friday will ship on Monday. You will receive an email once your order has shipped wth tracking information. Your order will not leave the warehouse until we receive your e-transfer.
* Please note that it can take up to 40 minutes for us to receive your E-transfer.
All of our packages are shipped through Canada Post. In the event that a package goes missing, we will do our best to rectify the situation with them, and we will launch an investigation. Any Credits for lost or missing packages will be managed on a case by case basis and Pure Flower Health & Wellness Reserves the right to refuse to provide a credit in the case that a package is lost or stolen.
